We had the pleasure of working with Tina Maples while purchasing our dream home in Florida, and we couldn’t be happier with the experience! From start to finish, Tina went above and beyond to make the entire home-buying process as smooth and stress-free as possible. She communicated clearly and consistently every step of the way, was incredibly responsive, and was always easy to reach even when we needed help outside of normal business hours. One of the biggest challenges for us was that we were living in the Pacific Northwest while purchasing a home in Florida. Tina made the distance feel like no obstacle at all. She kept us informed, stayed on top of every detail, and made sure we always knew what was happening throughout the process. Her communication and reliability gave us tremendous peace of mind. We also really appreciated that Tina is punctual, organized, and respectful of our time. With our busy lives, having a realtor who values our time and gets things done efficiently made a huge difference. If you’re looking for a realtor who is dependable, responsive, knowledgeable, and truly goes the extra mile for her clients, we highly recommend Tina Maples. You can count on her to be there when you need her and to genuinely care about helping you find the right home. Thank you, Tina, for helping make our dream of owning a home in Florida a reality! 🏡❤️

Answered all my calls immediately. Very pleasant and very professional.

I can’t say enough good things about Zari Hilbig and everything she did to help me sell my home. From start to finish, she was incredibly responsive, hardworking, and dedicated to making sure the entire process went as smoothly as possible. Zari’s work ethic really stood out to me. She went above and beyond throughout the sale and never made me feel like my questions or requests were a burden. She listened to what I wanted, communicated clearly, and was always willing to “fight” for the things that were important to me when negotiating the sale of my home. She genuinely made me feel like she was in my corner and working for the best possible outcome. Selling a home can be stressful, but having Zari in my corner made a huge difference. Her professionalism, determination, responsiveness, and willingness to go the extra mile made the entire experience much easier. If you’re looking for a realtor who will work hard, communicate, and truly advocate for you, I highly recommend Zari Hilbig. She was absolutely fantastic!

Made selling my home a breeze. Very thorough. Would definitely use again.

During the entire process from touring to selecting to closing, Bonnie was extremely kind, helpful, and fun to be around as our agent. She listened to our wants and needs, and gave us ideas of her own for things to look for while searching for our first home. She was our voice during the closing process, allowing us to negotiate our desires easily and effectively.

Bonnie was really great at communicating with us. She primarily uses text/emails which is my preferred communication style. She also was always available for a phone call when we needed to talk about the house urgently. Since this was me and my fiancés first house, we have never done anything like this before. And Bonnie held our hands the entire time. She also provided a beautiful home warming gift that will last us forever and remind us everyday of the beautiful home we chose and the amazing realtor she was. I will always come to her if I have any needs for home advice or if my family needs help too. Recommend her. She is a 10/10 realtor and a very sweet person too.
