She is a very market knowledgeable, thorough, excellent negotiator expressed by her professionalism and her deep commitment to her client. She personally devoted countless hours to bringing about the desired results for me and I will definitely call her should the need arise for any future plans to sell or buy real estate! Anyone looking for a very excellent realtor should choose Marisela Molnar!
Marisela Molnar
My husband and I’s first home buying experience years ago through a different realtor was horrible. Marisela made us feel comfortable from day one and worked with all our desires in our home that we wanted to feel safe in as a new family. Marisela went over and beyond to fill our every need and make us feel like family. I highly recommend her as your realtor.

From the moment we met our real estate agent, Polly, she was attentive, kind, and genuinely cared about helping us find the perfect home. She took careful notes of our preferences and ideas, truly listening to what we were looking for. After seeing a few homes, it was the last one on the second day that felt like “the one”—and she immediately got to work that very night preparing the offer and coordinating with all the necessary parties. Her communication was constant and clear, always keeping us updated and answering every question with patience. As first-time homebuyers, we felt completely supported throughout the process. She also introduced me to the Homes for Heroes program, which she’s affiliated with, and it made a big difference. I never imagined I’d be able to own a home, but thanks to her dedication and guidance, our dream became a reality. I cried the day we closed. I will always be grateful that she responded to my Facebook post—she was truly the answer to a prayer.

Working with Polly to sell my home was an incredible experience from start to finish. Her professionalism, market knowledge, and genuine care made a potentially emotional and stressful process feel smooth and manageable. From our first conversation to the last one, Polly was attentive, responsive, and strategic. She guided us through every step of process and she made sure to pay special attention to pricing, staging, marketing, and negotiating. She has a high level of confidence and competence that gave me total peace of mind. In the end, Polly never once made me feel like a “customer”. She treated me like it mattered—and it did. Thank you, Polly!

We actually met Jeff and John in October of 2018 when we began the process of relocating to Florida. We were 18 hours away purchasing a new home and could not have gotten through the process without them. They went above and beyond in assisting us in every aspect. We just sold our home through them and we are experiencing the same wonderful treatment that we did when we purchased. They are professional and courteous in all aspects. Never hesitate to take our call or respond promptly. They took professional pictures, advertised extensively, held open houses and did everything they could possibly do to complete the sale. With their knowledge and the fact that we are treated with the upmost respect we highly recommend them and plan to have a relationship with them as long as they are in the business.
