I’ve been a REALTOR® since 2019 and have closed more than 30 transactions representing over $15 million in career sales. With ERA American Real Estate, I serve Santa Rosa Beach, Niceville, Destin, Crestview, and surrounding Northwest Florida communities, primarily representing sellers as well as clients buying and selling primary residences and investment properties.

As a car enthusiast, Debbie is always finding ways to donate her time to helping needs with her community through her car club. She is also very involved with her local Chamber of Commerce, welcoming new members and businesses. Debbie has partnered with the Niceville Rotary Club by directing the floats Christmas Parade for many years. She donates her time, talents and inventory to set up one of the most amazing Christmas displays around, (she is known as The Christmas Lady). It is not uncommon for her to host 20,000 visitors through her Christmas display in any one year. She enjoys working alongside ERA American in the annual “Shred It” event, raising money for Muscular Dystrophy Association. Excellent and trustworthy communicator who genuinely wants to find your perfect home.
Melissa has been nothing short of a miracle. We had to to do much of this process from NC with no real knowledge of the Niceville area. She helped us discover the area and decide on where we wanted to look, and, once the house was chosen, she helped us make it a home by getting us in touch with and getting quotes from contractors. She set us up with trusted and fair inspectors, and the whole thing felt smooth and seamless. Not only that, but she gave us quite a few restaurant recommendations and things to do once we move! She has been absolutely invaluable, and it made the process much less stressful knowing that we had someone trustworthy in our corner. As first time home-owners, we would have been lost without her. Melissa walked us through every step and was very informative and helpful. She has really helped us turn this house into the start of a home, even getting us started with some fall decor and move-in necessities! The thoughtfulness is so above and beyond. We have even referred a close friend moving to the area to Melissa as well, because of how wonderful our experience was and how much we value her knowledge and work ethic.

We couldn’t have asked for a better real estate agent! From start to finish, she was incredibly attentive, communicative, and on top of every detail.
