Erica coordinated a challenging home buying process- we were in Hawaii while purchasing in Shalimar. To make it even more complicated, every walkthrough was coordinated while I was away for work requiring a third time zone to be involved. She takes the time to explain anything you have questions about making sure you fully understand what is going on.
