Marsha and her team are amazing realtors. She has a team of people that are close-knit and hard workers. Her design team has an amazing eye and the upgrades they suggested made our house stand out. Her general contractor, Demetrio was a hard worker, stayed on schedule, and did everything he could to keep costs low. He was truly a pleasure to deal with, as was Marsha and her whole team. We ran into numerous setbacks in getting my property ready for sale, and Marsha stuck with it through thick and thin. Furthermore, Marsha kept me and my family grounded when things got frustrating dealing with the buyers. Marsha is a military spouse and understands the military life. Melissa has been nothing short of a miracle. We had to to do much of this process from NC with no real knowledge of the Niceville area. She helped us discover the area and decide on where we wanted to look, and, once the house was chosen, she helped us make it a home by getting us in touch with and getting quotes from contractors. She set us up with trusted and fair inspectors, and the whole thing felt smooth and seamless. Not only that, but she gave us quite a few restaurant recommendations and things to do once we move! She has been absolutely invaluable, and it made the process much less stressful knowing that we had someone trustworthy in our corner. As first time home-owners, we would have been lost without her. Melissa walked us through every step and was very informative and helpful. She has really helped us turn this house into the start of a home, even getting us started with some fall decor and move-in necessities! The thoughtfulness is so above and beyond. We have even referred a close friend moving to the area to Melissa as well, because of how wonderful our experience was and how much we value her knowledge and work ethic.

My agent was on the job making sure to keep me informed of everything that was happening. Once I signed the contract with her the property was listed immediately. To my surprise the same day of me signing the contract Mrs Sherman called me to inform me someone wanted to see the property. The next day I was informed they had an offer. She explained that I should go with a counter offer. I know nothing about Real Estate so she had to explain the different steps. The agents kept me informed by both texts and phone calls. I truly appreciate everything they did for me.
