Real estate teams in FL, 32548

My agent was on the job making sure to keep me informed of everything that was happening. Once I signed the contract with her the property was listed immediately. To my surprise the same day of me signing the contract Mrs Sherman called me to inform me someone wanted to see the property. The next day I was informed they had an offer. She explained that I should go with a counter offer. I know nothing about Real Estate so she had to explain the different steps. The agents kept me informed by both texts and phone calls. I truly appreciate everything they did for me.

Paula and Karen demonstrated strong and swift action and performed professionally

I just had communication issues.

Lorie help us decide our listing price and we sold in less than a week. Even during set backs due to a hurricane Lorie stayed with vigilante and helped us through the sale of our house and the purchase of our new one.

Lorie and her team were very helpful throughout the selling process and provided us the information needed to complete a smooth and successful home sale. We did not live locally and after accepting an offer, we experienced a hurricane (with damage) for the home being sold. Lorie was quick to share pictures/info after the damage of the hurricane and helped us quickly line up repairs so closing would not be delayed unnecessarily. If we had another home to sell, we would use her team again. 5 stars.

My realtor was very responsive & knowledgeable. She replied to all my questions in a timely manner & made sure I had everything I needed thru the whole process.

Marsha was an amazing help finding my new home and working through the details to make it as smooth as possible.

Marsh and her team did an amazing job with the listing from staging to advertising to closing. Marsha and Melissa care for their clients. Communication and attention to detail were awesome!

Marsha was amazing from start to finish with great communication, timely updates, and dealing with all the moving parts efficiently.

Too many to mention one. The best was she was available and we never felt like we were bothering her. She knows the business and helped us through the stressful time.

Marcella is the best agent on the planet. She treats her customers with respect and is always responding quickly. Communication is the key with me.

Marcella and her team at the absolute best! They made the process of buying our new home super simple. If you’re considering an agent for a long distance and have hesitations, don’t. This team was the absolute best! Fast to communicate and fast to provide resolutions when we had questions.
