Before real estate, Adrienne held purchasing manager positions that brought her the experience of managing multi-million dollar budgets, developing financial reports and establishing large contracts. Her professional history includes organizational support, technical assistance, and problem resolution – all part of her skill set that makes things run smoothly for her buyers. Yet, through years of customer feedback, the number one trait that they rave about is her care and concern for their needs. My father, always "The Colonel", instilled a strong work ethic and sense of duty in me that serves me and my real estate customers. I came to the Emerald Coast the same way many of you, as part of a military family. I stayed because I love it here. Pat has sold over 1800 homes, which is remarkable. Besides primary residential, Pat is expert in the 2nd home and investment properties markets. Pat heads the Pat Williams Team, a group of six energetic folks that get contracts closed. While her husband Wayne was active duty with his career in the Coast Guard, Pat got her college degree while raising three children. This determination is what she brings to her career in real estate – a trait customers recognize to their benefit. During his career, Terry and his wife of 34 years experienced six PCS moves, including" overseas assignments, while raising their two sons. These experiences gave him firsthand insight into the stress and challenges military families face when relocating. First licensed in real estate in Denver in the 1990s, Terry built a strong foundation before returning to full-time military service. Now retired, he has reentered the real estate profession with a renewed mission: to use his personal experience and professional knowledge to guide military members and their families through every aspect of the PCS process. From planning ahead to settling into a new community, Terry is committed to making each transition as smooth and stress-free as possible. Based in Shalimar, Terry proudly serves the Emerald Coast with integrity, compassion, and excellence.
