After serving 38 years in the United States Air Force—11 years enlisted and 27 years as an Officer—Terry Brennan has dedicated his life to service, leadership, and guiding others through change. During his career, Terry and his wife of 34 years experienced six PCS moves, including" overseas assignments, while raising their two sons. These experiences gave him firsthand insight into the stress and challenges military families face when relocating.
First licensed in real estate in Denver in the 1990s, Terry built a strong foundation before returning to full-time military service. Now retired, he has reentered the real estate profession with a renewed mission: to use his personal experience and professional knowledge to guide military members and their families through every aspect of the PCS process. From planning ahead to settling into a new community, Terry is committed to making each transition as smooth and stress-free as possible.
Based in Shalimar, Terry proudly serves the Emerald Coast with integrity, compassion, and excellence.
