Real estate teams in FL, 32569

My agent was on the job making sure to keep me informed of everything that was happening. Once I signed the contract with her the property was listed immediately. To my surprise the same day of me signing the contract Mrs Sherman called me to inform me someone wanted to see the property. The next day I was informed they had an offer. She explained that I should go with a counter offer. I know nothing about Real Estate so she had to explain the different steps. The agents kept me informed by both texts and phone calls. I truly appreciate everything they did for me.

Paula and Karen demonstrated strong and swift action and performed professionally

I just had communication issues.

Too many to mention one. The best was she was available and we never felt like we were bothering her. She knows the business and helped us through the stressful time.

Marcella is the best agent on the planet. She treats her customers with respect and is always responding quickly. Communication is the key with me.

Marcella and her team at the absolute best! They made the process of buying our new home super simple. If you’re considering an agent for a long distance and have hesitations, don’t. This team was the absolute best! Fast to communicate and fast to provide resolutions when we had questions.
