Born in Uruguay, South American, Cecilia considers herself very fortunate to have been raised with parents which instilled in her the importance of being bi-lingual. Her father's business brought her family to the US, where they settled in New Jersey. While visiting friends who were stationed at Eglin Air Force base, Cecilia fell in love with the Emerald Coast... so much so that she bought a vacation condo in 2014 and then in 2020, made this area her permanent home. Cecilia was an Air Force wife for 20 years, raising two amazing kids. She is now a very proud Air Force mom. Volunteering is vital in Cecilia's life, she is a volunteer and Board Member for The Waves of Health, a non-profit medical outreach organization which travels to the Dominican Republic and Uganda, Africa. She is also a volunteer for Team Rubicon, a disaster response group. Cecilia is hard-working and dedicated to all her endeavors. Through volunteering and time spent with military friends and personnel, her networking skills led to a career in Real Estate. She is a member of the National Association of Hispanic Real Estate Professionals.
