I am a Fort Walton Beach, Florida native which provides me with a bit of extra love for the beautiful white sand beaches and neighboring towns. My Wife and I together are a Real Estate Team. Together we bring a vast amount of knowledge to the table from Residential Construction, Long Term Rentals, Residential Real Estate Buying & Selling, Renovation/Flip Properties, Property Management, and more. We spend most of our time working with buyers and sellers ranging from VA and Military PCS, Investors, First Time Home Buyers, and 2nd Home Buyers looking for Homes or Condos. We pride ourselves on providing excellent customer service and being available at all times for any questions you may have. We work directly with our clients, person to person, to build a level of trust and comfortability that rarely exists today. We service the entire Panhandle from Gulf Breeze to 30A and Fort Walton Beach to surrounding Crestview areas. Mike is the G.O.A.T

Working with Mike was an amazing experience. He is super knowledgeable about all kinds of loan types including specialized VA loans and the assumption process. He was always willing to put in the extra effort and that made a huge difference for us.
