We were out of the area and needed to buy site unseen so He created 20-30 minute youtube video walkthroughs of all our potential houses we wanted to look at. This was a necessity because he showed the true condition of the house and pointed out nice things or items of concern. He also gave us useful information about Florida specific issues including flood zones, humidity, etc. He made our remote purchase of a home very smooth and less stressful. Highly recommend.
