Bonnie was really great at communicating with us. She primarily uses text/emails which is my preferred communication style. She also was always available for a phone call when we needed to talk about the house urgently. Since this was me and my fiancés first house, we have never done anything like this before. And Bonnie held our hands the entire time. First off, Bonnie is phenomenal! We were first time home buyers and used Bonnie to buy our house, and then used her again 7 years later when we needed to sell our house quickly because of an unexpected move. During the buying process she was able to explain everything clearly so we always felt like we were in the loop and knew exactly what was going on. If there is anything she thinks is not right with an offer, she will let you know so you can counter with confidence.
