About Gloria

I have lived at the Emerald Coast for 18 years after residing in Texas my entire life. Having traveled the world I was hooked by the white, sandy beaches and crystal, clear water. A mother of 2; 1 attended Juilliard and is a soloist In NYC, other is a UF grad and both attended and performed at our local NWFS college, Rocky Bayou, St Mary's and NFB Academie. I'm on a charitable board, a patron of the arts and volunteer in the surrounding communities. I'm familiar with the programs, courses and shows that our area provides. The performing arts has always been a focal point of my family's. If you enjoy anything from Broadway to the ballet or the symphony you will be highly entertained here by our accomplished, local talent and guest artists. Performances are held in beautiful auditoriums to outdoor venues overlooking the breathtaking Gulf of Mexico. Our community also has a lovely collection of galleries and art walks. Live entertainment from reggae and jazz to rock create an eclectic musical blend of options. I was drawn to this area also due to being able to horseback ride on the beach near forests and springs. The educational system here is both outstanding and well balanced. I have information on our colleges, parochial and charter schools. I've had my real estaste license for 13 years and as a Top Zillow Agent I pride myself on putting the needs of my clients first. I'm available 7 days a week and offer Zoom tours of homes for out-of-towners. I've lead 1st time Buyers into organizing a portfolio of properties as well as negotiated for investors.
