She was never frustrated, never bothered, and never made me feel like I was asking too much. She always took the time to explain things and give me honest answers and real suggestions that actually helped. Selling a home in this buyer’s market isn’t easy, but Jill absolutely crushed it. She is an outstanding communicator, extremely knowledgeable, incredibly responsive, and, most importantly, she is just a genuinely good person. I couldn’t have asked for a better realtor. Mrs. Wood was incredibly professional and helpful during my time looking for a home. I was on an incredibly tight timeline, and she was flexible and willing to help, and work with my schedule. She had a great knowledge of the area, and as a new buyer, she had lots of great advice.
