⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ We had a wonderful experience working with Pam Zurbrick while relocating our family to Florida. Moving from another state and buying a home can be stressful, but Pam made the entire process so much easier for us. She was incredibly helpful, patient, responsive, and always willing to answer our questions. She took the time to understand what we were looking for and never made us feel pressured into making a decision. Having someone we could trust locally made a huge difference, especially while trying to coordinate everything involved with an out-of-state move. Pam was there for us throughout the entire process, from looking at homes and neighborhoods all the way through closing. We truly appreciated how much time and effort she put into helping our family find the right home. Well, I only get 2000 characters here so...That's limiting.. Working with Monica was the best experience Ive had in 40yrs of doing business with pretty much anyone. Unlike most, Monica ACTUALLY works for her client. Monica is fast, concise, thorough, and the follow-up Queen! The woman knows her business, the markets and provides outstanding advise when asked. Advice which got us the highest $$ for our property given the current climate. Conns? If I had to complain about one thing, it would be that Monica lives and works in FL, and I cannot continue to give her my ongoing business here in Montana.

My agent was on the job making sure to keep me informed of everything that was happening. Once I signed the contract with her the property was listed immediately. To my surprise the same day of me signing the contract Mrs Sherman called me to inform me someone wanted to see the property. The next day I was informed they had an offer. She explained that I should go with a counter offer. I know nothing about Real Estate so she had to explain the different steps. The agents kept me informed by both texts and phone calls. I truly appreciate everything they did for me.

Zari went out of her way to make sure we were taken care of.. It didn’t matter what time we called or text her she made sure she got back to us answering our questions. We would highly recommend using Zari for your agent, wouldn’t hesitant at all using her again!
