Mark was ahead of the game and knew how to best prepare the home for the market. He exposed the problems that he knew mattered and that needed correcting before the home hit the market. As an "out of town" seller I really relied upon him. There was a lot of extra footwork involved and Mark was readily available. Again, I highly recommend him and would use his services again.
