We had the pleasure of working with Alan Levi for both the purchase and the sale of our home in Estero, Florida, and we could not have asked for a better agent. Alan is incredibly knowledgeable about the local market and the entire real estate process. He guides you through every step with clarity and confidence, making what can often be stressful feel smooth and manageable. Alan is always on top of every issue the moment it arises—proactive, responsive, and detail-oriented. We truly appreciated that there was never any pressure. Instead, he offered honest advice, steady support, and a genuine commitment to helping us make the right decisions for our family. If you're looking for an agent who combines expertise, professionalism, and a calm, reassuring approach, we highly recommend Alan Levi. He made both buying and selling a truly exceptional experience.

Eva stayed on top of the market changes as we refined our needs. Her knowledge of the market was essential in narrowing down the ideal community for our purchase. Her communications, negotiations and connections in the community allowed us to purchase the perfect home at the right price, guiding us at every step of the process with professionalism and compassion.

Terri, provided a wonderful support system as I navigated the world of buying and selling my home for the first time and by myself. She walked me through each step. After helping me understand pricing and comps, she helped me determine the correct price point for a quick sale. And my house sold in 2 weeks! She was my advocate through the entire process and was present at all the inspections. She gave me good advice when issues came up—talking me down off the ledge several times! She assisted in helping me find places for furniture, art, etc that I was unable to use. The list goes on and on. I was so lucky to have her as my real estate agent.

We moved from central Florida to South Florida a month ago. Michelle helped tremendously with the complexity of this decision. She showed us the vast choices we had and helped narrow it down. Always was there when we called or needed her. She is a dedicated agent and will be there every step of the process.

Great agent. Would work with her in the future.

Working with Dawn was such a wonderful experience from start to finish. It took us almost 3 years and over 60 house visits to find our "perfect home". Through it all Dawn went above and beyond making what could have been a stressful process feel very comfortable. Dawn's knowledge of the market, her open and honest feedback, patience and responsiveness were invaluable and we knew she always had our best interests in mind. She always made us feel like a priority and that gave us complete confidence in her throughout our entire journey. What stood out was how genuinely dedicated Dawn was to making sure we found exactly what we wanted, Aside from this, Dawn is professional, kind, personable and truly passionate in her work. We are thrilled with the outcome and so grateful for Dawn's part in the process. I would HIGHLY recommend Dawn to anyone looking to buy or sell a home - you will be in excellent hands! We not only found a great agent, but hopefully a friend for years to come.

Elaine did a wonderful job ushering me through the whole process of buying my home. She went “above and beyond” anything I had expected. He treated me like family. I would recommend her to anybody.
