Terri, provided a wonderful support system as I navigated the world of buying and selling my home for the first time and by myself. She walked me through each step. After helping me understand pricing and comps, she helped me determine the correct price point for a quick sale. And my house sold in 2 weeks! She was my advocate through the entire process and was present at all the inspections. She gave me good advice when issues came up—talking me down off the ledge several times! She assisted in helping me find places for furniture, art, etc that I was unable to use. The list goes on and on. I was so lucky to have her as my real estate agent.
