Wow amazing professionalism and willingness to help in any possible way. Terri made a buying experience for 82 year old man extremely easy allowing me to understand new technology, i.e. electronic signing. I did not have to drive around town simply sign and got my keys at the new property.
Terri, provided a wonderful support system as I navigated the world of buying and selling my home for the first time and by myself. She walked me through each step. After helping me understand pricing and comps, she helped me determine the correct price point for a quick sale. And my house sold in 2 weeks! She was my advocate through the entire process and was present at all the inspections. She gave me good advice when issues came up—talking me down off the ledge several times! Terri as Broker, and her Realtor/ co-worker Rose where on top of everything from day 1 ! We received a full price offer the forth day on the market! Then we ran into issues with the buyer, their realtor, and the leander's appraiser, causing several extensions to the closing. But even though it took much more time and energy than expected; Terri never gave up and always knew what to do to encourage the buyers realtor along until everything was finalized.
