My professional journey began in the legal field, where I worked as a Paralegal for trial attorneys in Collier and Lee County. This experience gave me a strong foundation in contracts, negotiation, and the litigation process—skills that continue to benefit my real estate clients, especially those facing challenging circumstances. In over 50 years of buying and selling properties - nobody comes close to Linda

Linda thinks of things that most buyers never thought of. She has outstanding people in her Rolodex - inspecting - repairing - cleaning - and moving - all of which are reasonable and as outstanding as her. Her market price analysis has always been accurate. Nobody knows that market better than her. She is even better at dealing with difficult sellers and buyers - she knows how to make a deal happen! The best agent I have even known anywhere in the nation.

Smooth Easy Transaction

Fadia is fantastic. I have used her for multiple transactions and they have all been very smooth. As an attorney, I greatly appreciate her attention to detail in every aspect of the deal. Linda was exceptional to say the least. Would highly recommend Linda for all of their RE needs!

Linda’s availability to us was second to none. Her communication was exactly what we needed. She helped find us exactly what we were looking for. We had a very challenging experience with our builder and Linda helped us every step of the way to make it happen despite the grueling process. Linda has gone above and beyond from day one. She knows the market and navigates it to your needs. Linda has made herself available to us even when it wasn’t in her role to do so. Linda was not only our RE agent but we now consider her a friend being this was a huge event in our lives. We are beyond grateful to have had Linda’s vast knowledge along the way.
