Put my house on the market in October 2024. Had a contract signed, buyer had inspection done and the following day Cancelled the contract. Back to square one. Had my back through the entire process and finally a interested buyer who signed a contract and the deal was finalized and closed in February 2025. After everything is done now I can relax and enjoy my new home.
