Linda was above and beyond paying attention to details, answering questions and ascertaining answers that weren’t immediately available. Mediated issues with other agents and lenders with professionalism and going the extra yard.

Put my house on the market in October 2024. Had a contract signed, buyer had inspection done and the following day Cancelled the contract. Back to square one. Had several Open Houses and a lot of interested buyers but nothing happened. Linda worked diligently to get it sold as I had a Contingency Contrqct on a Condo I really wanted. Had my back through the entire process and finally a interested buyer who signed a contract and the deal was finalized and closed in February 2025. After everything is done now I can relax and enjoy my new home.
