Janice is very knowledgeable and experienced with condo sales all along the coast between Bonita Springs and Naples. Good experience selling the BBC condos in particular identifying all the positive points. Good logic in her suggested pricing methodology. and recommended timing in bringing condo unit it to market. Identified contingency plans in case the market might be slower than we would want. Regularly kept me informed throughout the offer and sales process, Communicated well with our eventual buyer and succeeded in promoting a higher price than his initial offers on my condo. Arranged some changes that had to be made as a result of normal post inspection. . Great care and follow-up in getting back on all my calls promptly, and all matters in conjunction with the title company, Janice made the whole process really very easy ,

I can’t say enough about how wonderful it was working with Anjela . She went above and beyond. She was hoping to do an open house the day after our listing went active . After learning that our community only allows open houses on Sunday , she gave up her Mothers Day to do an open house . I believe that was the only one in our community that day . We sold and closed on our home in less than one month . She was very communicative during negotiations, and i would highly recommend her .
