Janice is very knowledgeable and experienced with condo sales all along the coast between Bonita Springs and Naples. Good experience selling the BBC condos in particular identifying all the positive points. Good logic in her suggested pricing methodology. and recommended timing in bringing condo unit it to market. Identified contingency plans in case the market might be slower than we would want. Regularly kept me informed throughout the offer and sales process, Communicated well with our eventual buyer and succeeded in promoting a higher price than his initial offers on my condo. Arranged some changes that had to be made as a result of normal post inspection. .
