Linda Ciabattari was an excellent realtor. She answered calls immediatey or returned them promptly. She showed us many homes and wrote up multiple offers for us for a variety of listings. Due to today’s market, it was very difficult to win a bid because of multiple offers on a listing; however, because of Linda’s perseverance we successfully landed a condo which met many of our expectations. Primarily we scored in the location we desired. Most importantly was the trust she instilled in us. Please understand we were lifelong Michigan residents who occasionally vacationed in Naples. Our initial encounter with Linda was via telephone conversation from Michigan. We trusted her and she delivered. She secured both a rental villa as well as the purchase of our present home in three months. That is a lot of trust to place on someone you have not personally met. Linda went way above the job description to assist us. She met with home inspectors and trades people because we could not be there. And when we backed out of the first transaction, she went to several other condos and took pictures for us to decide which one we wanted to purchase. Linda patiently showed us numerous properties in numerous Naples developments. The house that we purchased was not for sale when we we're in Naples. Because of the up front work with Linda, we confidently put in a bid from Michigan for a Naples house in the subdivision that we liked best. Linda arranged for the sale to be done remotely.
