Real estate teams in FL, 34689

Chuck and Katie were absolutely wonderful to work with and went far beyond anything we could have expected from a real estate team. Our time to look at properties was often very limited. On one weekend, despite extremely heavy rain and wind, Chuck spent the day taking us to see six properties because he knew how much effort we had made to arrange the time and how limited it was. That really sums up the way Chuck and Katie treated us throughout the entire process. Their communication was exceptional—always responsive, patient and available. Their knowledge of the local and waterfront market was invaluable, and when it came time to make an offer and negotiate, they guided us with experience and good judgment while always respecting that the decisions were ours. What impressed us perhaps most is that their help didn't end at closing. Even now, they continue to look out for us and help take care of things at the house. Chuck has even come over personally to check on work being done and make sure things are going as they should. That level of care and commitment, long after the sale was completed, is truly exceptional and has meant a great deal to us. They also made our closing special with wonderful housewarming gifts, including a beautifully framed photograph of us at the property from the very first day we saw it—a thoughtful gesture we will always treasure. Chuck and Katie are knowledgeable, professional and genuinely caring people. We feel extremely fortunate to have found them and recommend them wholeheartedly to anyone buying or selling a home in the area.

As first-time homebuyers, we had an exceptional experience with Katie, Chuck, and the Sand & Key Team. We worked primarily with Katie, and her service was outstanding. She was incredibly responsive, guided us through every step, and communicated seamlessly with the sales representative. What impressed us most was her dedication even after closing, reaching out to ensure we were settling in well. We are so grateful to Katie and team for making our first purchase smooth and successful, and we highly recommend them.
