In the current market, finding waterfront property is next to impossible. Most locations don't even last a day before there are multiple offers. We wanted an experienced, professional realtor – not someone who sold houses part time or was new to this very unusual housing market. We asked Jim to be our realtor based on a glowing recommendation from our neighbors who had engaged him. We have been completely happy with our decision from the beginning. When he was notified in the middle of the night about an online scam involving our house, he had a plan in place by morning and called me first thing.
