I began the process of interviewing realtors for the recent sale of my home. There were four high-profile real estate agents on my list. Amani Warden from RE/MAX Action First was my second interview. I knew immediately she was the perfect realtor to assist me with my home sale. I was well prepared with a comprehensive list of questions, and her answers and knowledge of the ever-changing real estate market surpassed my expectations. I enlisted her services immediately, cancelled my last two appointments, and felt comfortable and confident I had made the right choice. Through the entire process she never let me down, not once. Amani was personable, responsive, calming, and reassuring as she guided me through the sales process with innate tact and poise, answering my multitude of questions in a thoughtful and detailed manner. From beginning to end Amani exhibited a high level of professionalism, understanding, and knowledge throughout the sales, listing, appraisal, inspection, and closing processes. Amani, in essence, was a joy to work with. I can’t thank her enough for making a very emotional, overwhelming and stressful time much more achievable and manageable. Amani is there for you 100%.
