I’ve known Andy since 2001 when he helped my husband and me buy our first home in Belleair. After 14 years there, we decided we wanted to live on the water and enlisted Andy again to help us make that move (both sell our house and act as buyer’s agent for our new home). Andy also helped sell my mom’s house in 2018 and just helped her sell another house. My mom is in her young 80’s and Andy navigates working with someone of her generation with great patience and kindness. He always put her first making sure her needs were met. We couldn't ask for more in a realtor. It is not a bullish market for condos at this time due to the new milestone survey and requirements. But Margie went far above and beyond for us to get our unit sold. Great pictures, advertising, and open houses. She was continuously following up with the Condo Association President to find out about what needed to be done to comply with the new laws, etc. She worked tirelessly for us and we very much appreciate everything she did. She had even made arrangements for our unit to be on a fixer-upper TV show, but we had 2 hurricanes that postponed it, and then it was sold before we could actually do it.
