Coming from California and not knowing the area, I can honestly say Bill is the most knowledgeable realtor I have ever worked with. He knows which schools are the best, what area would for my personal needs and the patience to drive me around and show me the entire Tampa Bay Area!…even areas he knew I wouldn’t like but wanted to show me the differences. FYI Bill found me my perfect home in three days, negotiated a deal I couldn’t believe, walked me through the differences in buying Florida real estate and has an amazing list of contractors and other professionals for me to speak to.
