My husband and I cannot say enough wonderful things about Alecia Savas and her business partner, Chris Savas, with the Savas Group. From minute one, they were incredibly patient, knowledgeable, responsive, and genuinely invested in helping us find the perfect home. Buying a house can be extremely stressful and overwhelming, but Alecia and Chris made the entire process feel seamless. They were always available to answer questions, offer honest advice, negotiate on our behalf, and make sure we understood every step along the way. I always felt like they had our best interests at heart—not just making a sale. What stood out most was their attention to detail and personal commitment to making sure everything came together smoothly, even when there were unexpected challenges. They went above and beyond, and I truly felt supported from the first showing all the way through closing. We are absolutely thrilled with our new home, and we have Alecia and Chris to thank for helping make this dream a reality. We would wholeheartedly recommend them to anyone purchasing or selling a home. If you want a team that is professional, trustworthy, knowledgeable, and genuinely cares about their clients, you will be in excellent hands with Alecia and Chris and the Savas Group!

Barb took great care of me. The fact that I was an out of town buyer made things more complicated for me. Barb made everything so smooth.

We have worked with Peggy Mateer many times both on the buying and selling sides of real estate in Pinellas County. She is a very seasoned professional who never disappoints. She is extremely knowledgeable, courteous, professional and easily accessible at all times. She will always be our "go to" realtor!
