Exceptional!

Roger helped us buy the condo in 2016 and based on that experience we asked him to sell it for us in 2024. Unparalleled knowledge of the beach; all the new condo laws; relevant insurance and market information: he was on top of everything. His willingness to personally involve himself with minor upgrades and the contacts he had in the area to help us maximize the value in a very timely fashion made him invaluable in our sale. Roger has a plethora of market knowledge and makes the entire transaction run smoothly.

Roger not only found us the perfect home but he introduced us to the correct people to make our 1031 transaction run smoothly, sold our other home quickly and was able to get any repairs needed done in record time. He stayed on top of things and gave us accurate timeline’s.
