Leslee helped us buy our home in South Tampa, and what set her apart was her approach: instead of steering us toward a quick decision, she oriented us to the market by driving neighborhoods, touring properties, and helping us understand what we were really looking at. She has an unusually sharp eye for the physical side of homes (structure, mechanics, the things that matter especially in older houses) and became a genuine thought partner as we evaluated properties. She also knew exactly when to offer her perspective and when to let us work through our own thinking, which is a harder skill than it sounds. When we couldn't be on-site during the closing process, she was there for us every step of the way. Couldn't have pulled it off without here and becasue of that, we left the process feeling informed and confident in our decision!

Kimmie was fantastic throughout this journey. She was always available right away when I needed her and got me speedy answers when needed. Kimmie was also able to recommend wonderful help with the projects needed to get my house ready. This is the fifth house I have sold and this was definitely my best experience so far. Anthony was excellent and kind. We discussed the best price to list the house for, and he educated me on current market conditions to ensure listing at a sellable price. My home had renters and he even helped them find a new place. I’ve already recommended him to friends and they’re very happy with him.
