In the tough sellers market it is currently, the Ward's got it done. It took a little bit longer than we had hoped, but after making adjustments (based on their recommendations) we got the home sold. We've used them for buying and selling our homes and will continue in the future, should we decide to move again. Thanks again to everyone in their help with getting this done.
