We started the the process of selling our home in early 2025 in Riverview, FL. It had been over 19 years since we entered this arena of selling and buying a home. The added circumstances of relocating out of state played a significant part in the process. Bridget stepped in and guided us step-by-step from cradle to grave. When under contract, the rest of the family already relocated out of state. The home sat vacant and Bridget made sure to always check on it, giving us a sense of comfort. When the time came for inspections, she was there. She did her own final walks to make sure everything was still in working order and met the buyer’s expectations. Bridget was the expert with our negotiations, and we had a straightforward path to closing. No bumps in the road, no unwarranted stress due to her outstanding communication. Keri was helpful with our home search but excelled in the contracting process acting as intermediator between us, the buyer, and the seller. She advised us in the negotiating and the entire after-contract period. I would recommend Keri as an experienced realty representative.

Leeroy’s communication throughout the sales process was excellent. This started with a session to better understand what our goals, expectations, and needs were. Leeroy helped us develop realistic sales plan and kept us apprised throughout the process, sharing feedback from realtors who showed the property. We also received regular feedback and encouragement throughout the process. We felt the sales presentation and photos accurately represented the property. Overall, a very positive experience.

I moved down to St. Petersburg from the DC area in January 2026. Josh came highly recommended from several friends who had used him as their agent when they moved to the area. He helped me with my first ever home purchase and I’m so glad I had him in my corner. Buying a home is stressful enough, but doing it from 1000 miles away is another story. Josh helped me every step of the way, even going above and beyond to tour properties, send me videos, and share his advice.
