We are new to Louisville and she was very helpful introducing us to different neighborhoods and just general information about Louisville and Kentucky. When we let her know we were coming to town to look at properties, she quickly scheduled appointments and made sure we could see as many homes as possible during our brief stay. She knows the housing market here and was excellent with her communications between us and the seller's agent. She was always quick to answer any questions we had and /or obtaining information for us. She was friendly but professional. We felt very comfortable in her capable hands.

Courtney has been super since the start of our journey over a year ago. Very patient with us looking at countless properties to find the right fit. Every property that we looked at together Courtney had countless comments on location, condition, possibilities, and price. She made the stressful home search lots of fun. Courtney was always available when we needed her and professional in all our meetings.

I was randomly browsing houses for fun like I always do, sending them to my wife to review. We finally saw one we liked so I messaged through the realtor.com chat assuming I was going to get an AI or bot response. It was Courtney Cox. Months later, and we happy in our beautiful home. It felt like she was meant to be. Courtney went above and beyond, meeting me anr the house way across town for her, answering all my questions at whatever time of day, calling me with updates, fighting for better deals, and looking out for our best interests. She has a family and multiple jobs yet somehow made me feel like I was her only client. I couldn’t have lucked into a better realtor. I feel like I could reach out to her anytime with house questions and she’d happily talk to me, even though she could (and should) be done with me! Don’t hesitate to trust her with your life changing decision.
