The universe was looking out for us when we got paired with Shelby for a showing of a property we were interested in. From the jump, she was personable, knowledgeable, and really listened to our goals for the home buying process. When we found our dream home, it was competitive, and Shelby guided us along the process with clear expertise. The home we purchased had 8 offers on the first day, including an all-cash offer. With her navigation and strategy, we were the 'winners' in the bidding war and have now closed on the property. We couldn't be more pleased with Shelby as our real estate agent. On top that, we are a queer couple buying a home in Kentucky - there's an inherent fear of not knowing how we will be accepted. From the moment we met Shelby, we felt safe.

Shelby is the best realtor we could have ever asked for. She was with us every single step of the way including helping us write the best offer possibly to get our dream home! There is certainly no way we could have done this without her. If you want a kind, hard working, highly communicative realtor, she's your girl! Shelby made the process SO easy!!
