We called Tammy looking to write a offer on a property on a Sunday. Tammy dropped what she was doing came to our home put the offer together. In 24 hours we had a contract. I'm a Realtor in the North East. I had a property to sell in St. Petersburg inorder to take advantage of an opportunity where I live. The property in St. Petersburg was a tenant occupied rental 1000 miles away from where I live (you may be getting a migraine just thinking about this situation). From dealing with the tenant, and scheduling showings around them to listing the property for the right price in an unusual situation. Start to finish she was great.
