Tammy is an incredible realtor and a truly wonderful person! My condo was marketed only a few days before offers came in, and she was able to negotiate with the eventual buyer an excellent final cash price which left both I, (the seller), and the buyer perfectly satisfied. Originally, the buyer was not interested in the furnishings that were included, but ultimately agreed to take them with the condo, which saved me an enormous headache of removing them!
