Dawn went above and beyond with selling my house. She didn’t give up in this difficult market. I don’t think there was a media platform she missed in advertising my home, and she made it happen. If you need it sold Dawn is the realtor you need.

Buying a home out of state could have been incredibly stressful, but thanks to my amazing real estate agent, the entire experience was smooth, exciting, and honestly enjoyable. From day one, she went above and beyond in every possible way. She was always available to answer questions, incredibly knowledgeable about the market and the entire home-buying process, and made me feel confident every step of the way. Not only is she extremely professional and hardworking, but she also has the warmest personality and truly cares about her clients. I never once felt like “just another transaction.” She took the time to understand exactly what I was looking for and worked tirelessly to help me find the perfect home. Her communication, attention to detail, honesty, and dedication are unmatched. Even from another state, I felt completely supported and informed throughout the entire process. I can honestly say she is the best real estate agent I have ever worked with, and I would recommend her to absolutely anyone buying or selling a home
