Top Notch!

Goes above and beyond her duties. Kind, responsive, and knowledgeable. After going through the loss of our previous home we were eager to find a new one. Amanda made it easy for us to be confident in our home buying decision. She made us feel like we were her only clients! Great experience and could not have asked for better.

Amanda displayed professional & caring demeanor while we looked for a new home.

Amanda proved to be a reliable source of information regarding houses for sale in the area; we visited several and/or inquired about others. She offered suggestions, in a timely manner, based on our requirements. Always prompt and cordial, her support made our decision easier. After our transaction was completed, Amanda provided us with list of key contacts (e.g., utilities etc.), which helped tremendously when planning a move to a new area. Details do matter if goal is to make new residents feel welcomed; Amanda did this well.

She is very knowledgeable about this area’s realestate!

Amanda, previewed our home, helped declutter it and had a professional photographer take pictures of the rooms. She followed up daily with appointment schedules and helped us relocate while our home was for sale. She had multiple open houses and when the current buyers made the offer negotiated a fair price for us. I would highly recommend her excellent skills for anyone listing their home to sell. She really cares about her clients.
