I honestly cannot say enough amazing things about Courtney! We’ve worked with realtors in the past, but I can confidently say she is the BEST we’ve ever worked with. She went above and beyond for us, and we’re so grateful to have had her in our corner throughout this entire process! There were A LOT of ups and downs along the way, but Courtney remained patient, helpful, and dependable every step of the way. She was always there to answer our questions, keep us informed, explain things, and make sure we understood what was going on. Her communication and knowledge are truly unmatched! What we appreciate most about Courtney is how much she genuinely cares about her clients. We never felt like we were just another transaction or that we were navigating everything alone. She stuck by us through the good, the bad, and everything in between, and that meant more than she probably realizes. Selling a home can be stressful, but having someone like Courtney by your side makes such a difference. She has truly set the bar SO high that we wouldn’t want to work with anyone else! We will absolutely use her again for any future home purchases or sales without a second thought. That alone says so much about how much we trust her and how highly we recommend her! Courtney, THANK YOU for your patience, hard work, constant communication, and for sticking with us through all the ups and downs. We appreciate you more than words can say, and we’re so thankful our paths crossed! You are truly one of a kind, and we will recommend you to anyone looking for an amazing realtor. If you’re thinking about working with Courtney, DO IT! You will not regret it! ❤️

Working with Sara to buy a home and sell my home was a great experience. She was not only professional throughout the whole process, but her communication was incredible. 10/10 will definitely recommend.

Tanner is extremely courteous and helpful. He explained every process of selling my home from getting it ready to go on the market to walking me through closing. He kept me updated on showings and communication with potential buyers.

Tanner helped us with the sale of our home. He was great to work with and you will not find anyone with better communication skills. He was always responsive to any questions we had and always kept us in the loop. He never hesitated to go above and beyond to get us over the finish line. We definitely would recommend him to anyone needing a realtor!
