The inspector required us to replace the roof before closing. We needed to close by a particular date. As the date quickly approached, Tracey maintained a calm demeanor, “We will close on time.” Tracey worked HARD during the whole process. She verified that everything was completed accurately. She coordinated with the buyer's lender step by step. Maintaining our needs, including the final days before closing. In the end, “WE CLOSED ON TIME,” but only with Tracey’s professional experience and work ethic.
