I am a first time home buyer! Going into this process, I was very nervous due to all of the horror stories I had heard from others. Despite being out with her family, she took my phone call, answered my questions, and she did not rush through the conversation. Dona was awesome to work with! She truly listened to what you said and she is honest with you if she is not totally understanding your most important amenities you are looking for in your new home. For me she had trouble determining what the MOST important amenities were that I wanted for me versus what was MOST important to me for my pet dog. Once I explained in better detail she was “right on” in her selection of possible homes. There will always be a give and take but if you are honest with yourself and with Dona about what’s really important, she found me EXACTLY WHAT I WANTED with one or two minor exceptions! She’s also fun to work with! I would recommend her to anyone looking for a new home of any kind!
