We started the the process of selling our home in early 2025 in Riverview, FL. It had been over 19 years since we entered this arena of selling and buying a home. The added circumstances of relocating out of state played a significant part in the process. Bridget stepped in and guided us step-by-step from cradle to grave. When under contract, the rest of the family already relocated out of state. The home sat vacant and Bridget made sure to always check on it, giving us a sense of comfort. When the time came for inspections, she was there. She did her own final walks to make sure everything was still in working order and met the buyer’s expectations. Bridget was the expert with our negotiations, and we had a straightforward path to closing. No bumps in the road, no unwarranted stress due to her outstanding communication. If we ever decide to sell our home there is no question who we'll be calling. We can't thank her enough for everything she did for us and we recommend her without hesitation.
