My husband and I had a great experience with Amire in purchasing our new home. Amire was on top of things and explained everything to us including explaining about HOA and CDD fees as well as pointing out flood zone areas and what that would mean for insurance. She was right there setting up home viewings and writing up bids as we needed. We really enjoyed working with our Realtor Janet Hernandez. She was very friendly, informative and had went above and beyond our expectations. Janet was very knowledgeable about the housing market and got us in a great neighborhood and fantastic location. The house is just beautiful and she was there for us every step of the way whether it was from emails back and forth to looking at so many houses that it got a little bit overwhelming for us. But she helped get us focused on the things we loved and wanted in a home instead of just trying to sell us any house that we were not gonna be happy with.
