Excellent Negotiator and Marketing

She came to us with a buyer that may be interested. After we saw everything she did to help us sell our property even before we fully committed it was a no brainer. She invested around $1200 in marketing, advertising and professional photos not even knowing if our land would sell! She was invested in us from list to close. Couldn’t have asked for anything more.

Excellent communication!
