Having lived in Tampa his entire life, Steven has been fortunate with many relationship building opportunities. He started his career in 2008 working with investors of bank-owned properties and later pivoted into representing record breaking sales of multi-family housing developments throughout South Florida. After spending seven years in corporate America, Steven decided to flex his entrepreneurial spirit and pursue his passion in residential real estate. Being a Tampa native, he recognizes the home buying experience can be one of the largest investments any one person will make. Lindsey was born and raised in York Pennsylvania, so she's had her fill of sleet and snow. Her father was a decorated golfer in the state, which sparked her interest in the environmental sciences from a young age. After graduating from West Virginia University in 2002 with a degree in Agronomy, she was determined to start a new life close to sand and sun and escape the harsh winters. With a golf course background and no job in sight, she packed her car full of her belongings, put her car on the auto train, and headed south to the Sunshine State to pursue her dreams. Lindsey began selling real estate just before the housing market crisis of 2007. Not only did she survive one of the most challenging markets, but her business soured to new levels. In order to maintain the work-life-balance she continues to strive for on a daily basis, being married and raising 2 little ladies, she began The Fowkes Group in 2012, bringing together an award winning collection of skilled real estate professionals to better serve the city she loves. Nikki and Armando ROCK

Nikki and Armando were well prepared for our first meeting, their valuation of our home was spot on, the marketing that the provided resulted in immediate showings, daily with some days having multiple showings, with their expertise of the market and our home being show ready when we listed, it only took 14 days to get to contract. Absolutely Above & Beyond

Steven made the home selling AND buying process the best experience we could’ve EVER asked for. He goes above and beyond for his clients, in more ways than one. He was made for this job! He loves what he does, and truly cares about his clients as if they are family, and it shows. He is extremely knowledgeable on the newest stats and trends for the current market, and truly listens to what his clients needs are. Steven was able to communicate with us in multiple ways and was extremely accommodating. I always knew if there was a problem or concern to call him, and he would handle it, making us feel at ease.
