Heather Alford did an amazing job handling the selling of the home that we loved so much and of course buying exactly what we wanted at the exact same time! And Jordan Tucker Brown with Florida Mortgage Firm was steller in every single way! Not one time did we ever feel like we were just a customer with either of them. They went to bat for us. Quite literally went above and beyond the call of duty to make sure we didnt lose our minds through the process. Heather made sure we understood every single detaiI every step of the way. Answered each question and explained each detail (sometimes multiple times lol) to make sure we understood everything. I will never be able to express just how much we appreciate them.
