Excellent marketing skills.

They did an outstanding marketing strategy by coming up with a video presentation of our property. None of our previous realtors did it. Their team was very efficient in providing feedbacks from potential buyers and in reminding us of things we need to do to be successful in selling our house. We strongly recommend their company to any potential seller of houses

Miracle Worker

I was being relocated out of state and needed to sell our home fast. With the market and several similar homes like ours for sale, I was extremely worried. John was able to sell our home after only 3 showings. We had to accept a lower offer due to the declined market and needed to complete sale fast. He was very patient with me and reassured me with any concerns. Highly recommend John and his team!
